Global solidarity with Idrissa gae refusal to support LGBT people..

Senegalese player Idrissa Gueye received great international solidarity after the attack and the investigation against him, after he refused to participate with his team Paris Saint-Germain in the last game of the French Football League, to avoid appearing in a shirt supporting gay people, as all the teams did in that tour.

The French Football Federation's Ethics Committee has asked to investigate why Guy was banned from the Paris Saint-Germain game and whether he refused to wear a T-shirt with the numbers written in the colours of the gay flag.

Immediately after the announcement of the investigation, Twitter launched the hashtag in support of the player and solidarity with him, where the hashtag has received a wide interaction on the platform, and the global trend has topped more than 230 thousand tweets to this point.

The Senegalese midfielder missed Paris Saint-Germain's last-round match against Montpellier on Saturday so he could not appear wearing the team's shirt, which had its numbers painted with the gay flag .

The French newspaper "Le Parisien" reported last Sunday that the Saint-Germain player refused to play so as not to participate in the day of facing homophobia, noting that his refusal was motivated by religious beliefs.

The most prominent participants in the Solidarity Campaign on Twitter were several Saudi clubs such as Al-Fath, Al-Taawon and Al-Fayha, which posted pictures of the player with his child demonstrating his commitment to the Islamic religion, commenting "We are all Idris Ghana guy".

The Kuwaiti club Al-Qadisiya and Jordanian player Ahmed Al-Riahi also participated on the hashtag to express their full support for the Senegalese player in his position, and their rejection of the attack against him.

Mahmoud Refaat, president of the European Institute of international law and international relations, defended guy's conduct, saying, "the footballer guy exercised his right when he refused to advertise homosexuality because he is a devout Muslim, and at the same time he did not violate any of the laws. The organized campaign against Idrissa is illegal moral terrorism".
